RITM Scada Integration
The applications that provide access to the data requested from the SCADA systems of Wind Energy Power Plants (WEPP) by the Directorate General of Renewable Energy (DGRE) with relevant protocols are installed by us. All WEPPs must be integrated into the system by the end of May 2015. NSC Technology carries out this integration with a fast, reliable, and high-quality service approach. TEİAŞ Additional Services
Every institution connected to TEİAŞ Transmission Systems is obligated to maintain Primary Reserve and record related data as part of their ancillary services responsibilities. In this regard, it has become mandatory for power plants with obligations for Primary Frequency Control and Recording Systems, as well as Secondary Reserve, to establish Secondary Frequency Control Systems and Reactive Power Support data recording systems. At NSC Technology, we provide our customers with suitable and fast solutions in these areas.
Primary Frequency Control and Recording Systems
We establish the necessary control systems in energy plants for maintaining the Primary Reserve mandated by TEİAŞ and for the facility to respond to frequency changes by utilizing this reserve. Additionally, we install data recording systems related to this service. Previously sent recording files under EK-A have now begun to be sent as EK-B in accordance with TEİAŞ's request.
AES Entek Bursa Primary Frequency Recording System EK-B Conversion
The software belonging to the recording system previously implemented for EK-A at the AES Entek Bursa facility has been modified by us to be compatible with EK-B. The system regularly sends its data to TEİAŞ in EK-B format.
Bis Energy Primary Frequency Recording System EK-B Conversion
The necessary software will be installed to enable the transmission of recorded data in compliance with EK-B alongside the Secondary Frequency Control System at Bis Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. The system will be activated upon installation.
Secondary Frequency Control Systems
Bis Enerji Secondary Frequency Control System
Bis Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. is a significant natural gas combined cycle power plant located in Bursa with an installed capacity of 410 MW. The Bis Enerji Secondary Frequency Control System, implemented by us, was commissioned after TEİAŞ tests on January 14, 2012. The facility effectively responds to the SET values sent by TEİAŞ with its 6 gas turbines. Using NSC Integration software, highly effective results have been achieved with minimal intervention in the gas turbines within the system.
Reactive Power Data Recording Systems
AKSA Akrilik A.Ş. Reactive Power Recording System
AKSA Akrilik A.Ş., located in Yalova, has had its data recording system for two existing gas turbines, including transducer installations and wiring, provided as a turnkey solution. This system has been successfully operational since September 2011. Additionally, values related to two newly constructed steam turbines have been added to the system by us.
Bis Enerji Reactive Power Recording System
We installed the necessary software to record data in compliance with EK-C, alongside the Secondary Frequency Control System, and to send the recorded data at Bis Enerji Elektrik Üretim A.Ş.
AES Entek Reactive Power Recording System
The required software has been installed at the AES Entek Bursa facility to record data in compliance with EK-C and to send the recorded data.
Power Quality Measurement System EK-8 TEİAŞ
TEİAŞ Power Quality Measurement System EK-8 Announcement:
On October 23, 2013, TEİAŞ released a new announcement, granting new system users a 4-month period and existing system users a 12-month period from the date of signing the connection agreement. At the end of this period, TEİAŞ requests that relevant users install their systems in accordance with the EK-8 regulation and undergo TEİAŞ acceptance procedures. TEİAŞ Power Quality Announcement - October 23, 2013

Power Quality Measurement System:
TEİAŞ has issued a new notification to energy plants that have signed connection agreements, mandating them to prepare their facilities for the installation of Power Quality Measurement Systems under the National Power Quality Measurement System. Although the deadline for this system has not been announced, TEİAŞ has published a document, Appendix-8, detailing the installation of the system and its requirements to facilitate the necessary preparations by the facilities. New facilities have been given a 4-month period for system installation, while the installation date for existing facilities has not yet been finalized. TEİAŞ is expected to make a statement regarding this matter in the near future
As NSC Technology, our company, which constantly monitors the needs and innovations of the sector, has completed the infrastructure and project works that meet the requirements and standards of the "Power Quality Measurement System" and has started to provide services to interested customers
The procurement and installation of Power Quality Measurement Devices, compliant with the necessary IEC standards as outlined in EK-8 Document, along with the transfer of data from these devices to a server located on-site in the formats requested by TEİAŞ, and the retention of relevant data and event logs on this server for a minimum of 6 months, as well as the preparation of infrastructure enabling access to the server according to the protocols specified by TEİAŞ, are all provided as turnkey solutions by our company. Through remote access technologies, any changes in legislation or data formats are instantly updated on customer servers
